CONTACT AND ENQUIRY

When you contact us

When you use our contact form, email us or call us, we process your details (name, address, phone number, email address, information about your property and energy requirements) solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers). Your data will not be used for advertising purposes unless you have given us separate consent.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Online appointment booking

For appointment booking we use Calendly. When you schedule an appointment via Calendly, your data is processed on servers operated by Calendly LLC, 271 17th Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

VIDEOS

Vimeo embedding

We embed videos from Vimeo on our homepage. The video is only loaded after you have actively consented via our cookie consent banner or the preview placeholder. Until then, no data is transmitted to Vimeo.

Enquiry data is stored for as long as necessary to handle your request and is then archived for the statutory retention period if a contract is concluded. Otherwise, your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the original purposes and no statutory retention obligations apply.

SERVER LOGS

Technically required data processing

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address.

This data is not merged with other data sources. Storage is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the stability and security of the website) and is deleted after a maximum of 7 days.
